Mission Workshop products are built to last a lifetime, but we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in new, sellable condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or shipment within 5-7 business days.
